Please note that not all designs will work on a mat, avoid very thin lines and anything too highly detailed.
Once your order is placed the design process will commence using your photos/descriptions. An email will be sent to you with a final draft design for you to approve before the mat is physically made.
When will I get my order?
All of our products are made to order, so please allow time for your design to be created with care. Once your item/s has been completed, you’ll receive an email letting you know whether your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped and is on its way to you. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
